Management Company: USA Risk Group of Vermont, Inc. is CSI’s management company. USA Risk Group maintains the financial records of CSI and provides a home office for the risk retention group as required by Vermont’s captive legislation.
Program Administrator: Hanna, Kremer & Tilghman Insurance, Inc. (HK&T) has been the program administrator for CSI since 1999. HK&T provides a wide variety of insurance services on behalf of the CSI policyholders and their agents and brokers.
Law Firms: Downs Rachlin & Martin PLLC , Burlington, Vermont serves as corporate legal counsel to CSI. This law firm specializes in representing risk retention groups and captive insurance companies. McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP, Washington, DC also serves as legal counsel to CSI. The firm acts as national claims counsel and litigation coordinator for CSI.
Accounting: Johnson Lambert & Co., is an independent certified public accounting and consulting firm responsible for preparing CSI’s annual financial statements.
Actuarial Services: Milliman, Inc. assesses CSI’s reserving practices for statutory filing purposes.
