CSPA also offers a Product Care stewardship program, which provides principles of best management practices, leadership and training by which companies can provide safe and effective products. Program activities include careful risk assessment of ingredients & products, labeling for safe use, poison control services and customer inquiry services. Participants of this program receive a 10% credit of their CSI premium rate.***
The Consumer Specialties Insurance Company policy can be modified to meet each individual policyholder needs. Each policyholder is reviewed on its own merit by underwriters who are knowledgeable and experienced in this industry. Premiums are determined based on each member insured's exposure and experience.
Additional coverage may be available on an individual basis. Although these coverages are not generally underwritten as part of the CSI PLUS+ Insurance Program, they may be procured by Hanna,Kremer & Tilghman Insurance, Inc. (HK&T), program manager, on a case-by-case basis in order to provide a single source for business insurance.
